UA Domestic Shipping

Orders are shipped 2-3 times per week using USPS unless otherwise specified. Most packages are shipped within a day of the order, and all are shipped within 5 business days.
Packages totaling over $150 ship domestically for free. Over $200? Your package will be insured at no additional cost to you.

International Shipping

Orders are shipped using USPS international unless otherwise specified. Most international packages arrive within 15 business days, and all arrive within 6 weeks.

Customers in Italy and Greece should expect delays due to local customs policies. Customers outside of the UK, EU, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada should expect delays due to local customs policies.

Buyers are responsible for all customs, taxes or tariffs imposed by the local authorities upon arrival at the destination. All items will be listed as Merchandise, and nothing will be marked “Gift.” The true contents and actual sale value of the items and shipping fees paid will be listed on all customs documents and insurance declarations as required by United States law.
