1900's Lady in the Moon Locket

An incredible gold-filled locket circa 1900. Done with a lovely woman sitting on the moon wearing a draping dress and flowing hair gliding over the moon. Embedded with dark faceted crystals. Inside still has picture covers with rim to hold in place. A gorgeous heirloom piece!

Measurements are as follows:

Chain length: 15"

Locket diamater:  1.25"

Condition:  Excellent – The piece shows typical, although minor, signs of wear. Minor patina at top of locket. Some minor scratches and patina to celluloid picture covers. This is not a condition note, but due to the style of opening these can be a little tricky to open! It does open and you just have to wedge your nail in there at the right angle to open!
