1990's Watercolor Mum Dress

An elegant 1990's bias cut, lined chiffon dress. Printed with large mums, smaller floral branches and leaves. Wide tank style sleeves and scoop neck. Button at center back with keyhole. Pairs well with a long pendant and chunky heels.

Fits approximately a size medium/large. Measurements are as follows. Does have a little bit of stretch.
