Refund Policy

A few items are eligible for store credit when returned within 14 days, unless otherwise specified in the item's description. Some of these include unworn modern items like jewelry and clothing. All packaging must be included and tags still attached.

Items that are considered final sale that are not eligible for returns/refunds: Vintage items, sale items or items purchased with a coupon code or store credit, undergarments/lingerie, hats or hair accessories, swimwear, ceramics and glass, self care items, food products and items that have been worn or show signs of wear/not returned in the condition they were sent out in. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 Store credits are good for one year from the day of issue. Uninsured items that are damaged in return shipment will not be refunded. Please review all photos and listing information prior to purchase, and feel free to ask for help finding the perfect item. If you feel a measurement or description was misrepresented, please contact us. We’ll make it right.
